Anjali took the back-care side of the Jayanagar rota because nobody else wanted the difficult cases, and five years later that is most of her diary. Lower backs stiff from driving, shoulders locked from a desk, necks that have not turned properly in months.
She blends a light aroma oil for each session and works slowly through the deeper layers rather than forcing them. If something is too much, say so - she asks for a number out of ten every few minutes anyway.

Focused work across the lower back, spinal erectors and hips for desk-bound stiffness and long commutes.

A private room, fresh linen and a shower if you want one. You undress to your comfort level and stay draped throughout.
