Dassy is the therapist the desk-bound end up with. Five years of deep tissue work has given her a very direct way of finding the knot rather than the area around it, and she is careful to build up to real pressure rather than starting there.
If you have never had deep tissue work before, say so - she will run the first twenty minutes as a warm Swedish session and only then go deeper. Sessions run from the Indiranagar centre, and she keeps evening slots for people coming straight from the office.
