Jiayi has practised traditional Thai massage for eight years and runs it the way it is meant to be run: on a mat, fully clothed, no oil, with assisted stretches worked in between long compressions along the body's energy lines.
It is the most active session Joispa offers - you will be moved rather than simply worked on - and it suits people who sit still all day or train hard and never stretch. She will scale the stretches back on request.

Deep tissue
Slower and firmer, working through the deeper muscle layers where stubborn back, neck and shoulder knots actually sit.

Pressure-point work through the soles, ankles and calves. The one to book after long days standing, walking or travelling.

Five minutes on what hurts, how firm you want it and anything she should avoid - injuries, allergies, recent surgery.

Prepare
A private room, fresh linen and a shower if you want one. You undress to your comfort level and stay draped throughout.

The full booked time on the table. Jiayi checks pressure as she works, and adjusts the moment you say so.

Warm water, time to sit, and a note on what she found - useful if you want to book the same focus again next month.

Call or WhatsApp +91 73390 28332 and ask for Jiayi by name. Same-day slots at our Indiranagar centre are usually available, but weekend evenings fill first, so a day's notice is safer.
What does a session with Jiayi involve?
A short consultation about pressure and problem areas, then your chosen therapy - traditional thai is her signature - in a private, professionally draped room. Towels, oils and shower facilities are provided.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
Sessions start at INR 3,000 for one hour and run up to full spa-day packages. Jiayi works from our Indiranagar area centre, 10am to 9pm, seven days a week.
